Shelley is a warm and approachable psychologist who believes meaningful therapy begins with genuine connection, understanding, and creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves.
Shelley has worked across a broad range of settings, including residential care, specialist support coordination, positive behaviour support, child safety, NDIS, and correctional services. She has experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds, including Indigenous communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people with complex behavioural and developmental needs.
Known for her friendly nature and ability to incorporate each person’s interests into therapy, Shelley creates an engaging and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive change. She is passionate about providing holistic, evidence-based care that adapts to the unique needs of every individual.
Alongside therapy, Shelley provides psychological assessments across the lifespan, helping people better understand their strengths, challenges, and support needs.
Qualifications and experience
- Registered Psychologist
- Experience across child safety, NDIS, residential care, positive behaviour support, and correctional services
- Certified LEGO® Therapy practitioner
- Experience providing psychological assessment across the lifespan
